I have been here a couple times now. The first time I went was to soak in their glorious hot tubs. That was absolutely divine. The second time I went was last night for a massage. I was blown away by my practitioner, Danny.
It was my first time ever getting a massage. I scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend and I. The room was so calm and has quiet relaxing music playing. Our massage therapists were Heather and Soren. They were amazing!!! Both very nice and a joy to talk to.
My husband and I love this place! It's such a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful lighting and decor. The hot tubs are nice and clean and you get a private shower. I've done both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and I love them both!
We booked a hot tub and massage package before our wedding to fully engage in relaxing before the chaos, and wow was it wonderful. The outdoor tub rooms are really cute and was perfect for a fall morning. The spa was really quiet and tranquil and then massages themselves were amazing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
