From the reviews
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every time I walk in, I’m met with such kindness, warmth, and professionalism. The entire team is genuinely welcoming, never judgmental, and always focused on making you feel comfortable and cared for. I always leave feeling better — physically and mentally.
So glad I found them! Both doctors are awesome!! Truly! Amanda is a wonderful massage therapist and the whole team has excellent synergy! They work so well with everyone's schedules. Even when you might show up a day early for your appointment. Just wanted to add more a year later.
I have been going to see Jennifer for the last three years. She exceeded my expectations on our first visit. I have been going to various chiropractors since 1975 and many of them have been very good. Jennifer is definitely the one that I will continue with.
Absolutely love this office! From time you walk in, there’s such a personal greeting that cannot be described. My insurance no longer covers her, but don’t care I need to see Dr. Jennifer, McHattie and team!! She takes her time in her adjustments as well as the conversations we have during my appointment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
