From the reviews
5 stars isn't enough. I need to give 10. I'm a recreational athlete in my 30s. Mainly I snowboard and surf. Came to Edge in September after surgery with a quad graft ACL and repaired meniscus. I was non-weight bearing the first 6 weeks and genuinely felt hopeless.
If you are wondering if this place really has 5 stars…..it does – for a reason. After an ankle situation, I was recommended physical therapy, and I am so glad that I chose Edge Pro Paramus as the place to recover! For the last 2 months, I have been working with Dr.
Edge Pro PT in Paramus is the best! As an international Judo/ Sambo competitor, I put my body through a lot, and seeing Dr. Brian for regular maintenance has been a game changer for my training and overall well-being.
This place is absolutely amazing, I don’t have enough good things to say about it. I have been having trouble with my elbow and back and I have been stuck not getting better for countless months… since I have been here for only a couple weeks I am tremendously better.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
