From the reviews
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Edge PT, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and truly caring.
These guys really know what they are doing at this place. With just one month of treatment I can feel the difference in my body function. From Dr. Lawrence Kim to his whole team they definitely push my body to the next level. I also feel more relaxed and tranquil when I leave this place.
This is the best physical therapy place! The entire staff is super friendly, and treat each patient like VIP. I love how they take a holistic approach with strengthening exercises, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, sports massage, and more. Dr.
I had chronic shoulder pain from sitting infront of the computer all day. But only after a few sessions of physical therapy and the right massage techniques, I honestly felt so much better. I also got a few acupuncture sessions which definitely gelped ease the pain.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
