From the reviews

Where do I begin? Anne has magic hands. I never feel as relaxed and at ease as I do on her table. It’s quickly become a happy place for me after only a few visits. I suffer from chronic back pain and migraines.

★★★★★ — Callie, Jul 2024

Anne is the best, seriously. I was lucky to have found her in 2010, and she literally saved my life. I have been going to her ever since, and she is a big part of why I feel as good as I do. She treats many veterans (like me) through the VA administration, that alone should tell you something.

★★★★★ — Jerre, Nov 2019

Alex is Great! His treatment has been crucial to my stroke recovery. A clinic that cares! I highly recommend !

★★★★★ — G, Sep 2025

Dr Anne helped me immensely when I was pregnant and feeling very tense/ disassociated from my body. I slept better and had much greater energy levels after our sessions. Her space and presence are very calming and I would 100% recommend her services to absolutely anyone.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
