Dr. Kirk and team have been instrumental in helping with a number of ailments. I really appreciate his counsel to get a 2nd opinion on shoulder surgery, which I did. I'm so glad I did that as I ended up going to a different surgeon and my procedure went very well. Post op, he helped with my physical therapy.

Dr.Kirk is respectable, kind, and educational. He knows what he’s doing. My back has been an issue for a long time and so have my knees. The adjustments he’s made to my back is life changing. The red light therapy he’s done to my knees has really caused some relief as well.
Kirk and Renee are the best. I had been seeing another chiropractor prior to going to Eagle Harbor Health, but I was in more pain after my adjustments there, so I decided to give Eagle Harbor Health a try.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
