From the reviews
Had a fantastic 75 minute pregnancy massage with Jessie once I hit the 22 week mark. She is wonderful and her space is lovely. I hope to be back once a month until this baby is born, then whenever I find the time after 😂
Jessie was fantastic! She is not only very kind but also you can tell she is very passionate about her work. I went in struggling with neck and shoulder pain and left feeling so much better. Her studio is very calming and her approach feels more like healing than just an ordinary massage.
I have gotten massages from many different therapists and Jessie is hands down the best I have ever had. She is so in tune with what your body needs and truly has a conscious touch. I have had various aches and pains alleviated with her body work and I highly recommend her massage for all!
I hired Jessie to come do neck massages for my teachers and staff during teacher appreciation week. What a gift she was to them! They could feel the stress leaving their bodies and loved this special treatment she provided. Jessie is truly the best!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
