Jess is one of a kind!!! Possess vast knowledge and talents to help clients of all sorts, achieve their fitness goals. Not to mention she is a great person to work with. I've been with her since 2018and the best decision I made!!
I’ve trained and have known Jess for quite some time now and she really is a gem to know . She helps with not only my physical pain but alot wirg the mental as well . She’s a great communicator and listener as well .extremely open minded and transparent .
I had the pleasure of working with Jess multiple times throughout her career, every time she brings a sense of accountability matched with knowledge and experience to help train, mentor and work with her clients.
I’ve worked with Jess for a few years on both body work and Functional Patterns. Through her training, I am now able to exercise and perform movements like squats with ease because of the increased mind-body connection she teaches. Her body work and releases have improved my recovery time between workouts.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
