From the reviews
After completing physical therapy at Dynamic Edge I am thrilled to be able to continue my wellness journey with assisted stretching at Dynamic Edge Wellness. Stretch coach, Kristin understands my needs and has tailored a program that addresses my issues to improve my level of fitness.
I have been to many cryo chambers across my time of recovery and I’ve got to admit that this was by far the best! The chamber here is genuinely a high contender for intensity and getting the job done for stimulating the nerves better than any I’ve tried.
Dynamic Edge has been a game changer. I purchased a package of 5 assisted stretch sessions and immediately felt relief. I have since purchased an additional 10 sessions and withing the first few weeks I no longer have lower back pain or discomfort from a former shoulder injury.
Christy is extremely knowledgeable and her expertise in stretching has helped my stiffness and tightness incredibly. My pain has definitely decreased, my posture is better and I plan on continuing with weekly sessions. I cannot say enough about Dynamic Edge Wellness & Cryotherapy and Christy.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
