I love the way I was treated by the receptionist and the doctor is so sweet and understanding ❤️. I highly recommend this place.
Dr. Tony and his team are fantastic! I started seeing Dr. Tony in August/September for chronic neck/back pain, muscle aches, mental health issues, etc. I’m 24 years old, and I’m a vet tech, so I wanted to be very proactive with my health.
Dr Tony has changed my life. I no longer live with anxiety. My family doctor was about to put me on antidepressants and I’m so glad I was told to see Dr. Tony and try acupuncture first. When I came to Dr. Tony I was spending the majority of my day stuck in fight or flight unable to snap out of it.
After pinching a nerve on my shoulder, I was in pain for weeks. I could not sleep at night. Even 5 days of corticol steroid and pain killers did not help my pain. So I decided to give accupuncture a try, and I was lucky to stumble upon Dr. Tony's clinic. I slept for 5 hours straight, right after the first session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
