From the reviews
I saw Dr. Draper for the first time today and she was fantastic! She took the time to listen to all of my issues and talk thru what the options were. She took her time and was pleasant to speak with. Bella at the front desk was helpful and friendly.
Dr. Draper is fabulous! I hadn’t been to the chiropractor in a long time and I started there about 6 weeks ago, I feel so much better. I usually don’t look forward to doctors appointments but I really look forward to seeing Dr. Draper. If you want to feel better give Draper Chiropratic offices a call.
Dr. Siera Draper at Draper Chiropractic is the best. I have been dealing with low back pain after going a little too hard in the gym. After 2 visits, I’m already feeling much better. She is so kind, patient, and really listens to you to figure out exactly what is needed. Can’t recommend her enough!
Draper Chiropractic office not only keeps myself in alignment but also my highschool cheerleader. The office is kind and full of compassion they truly care about your wellbeing. Any time we have an injury they are quick to get us in. Can’t say enough good things about this office.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
