From the reviews

Phenomenal. I had always wanted to try acupuncture, but never had a reason. Then a gnawing pain that my general care physician couldn't help me with brought me to Michael Holt. He listened. He was attentive. He looked me over, and instantly saw what was going on.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! AMAZING!!! Professional, caring an kind...... not skeptical or doubtful going in but completely entirely pleased and relieved after acupuncture for bilateral carpel tunnel. Worth every penny and minute. I slept without wrist splints for the first time in nearly 20 years.

This office has changed my life. Started visiting after OT was less than effective at regaining use of my wrist and hand after a broken wrist. Since my first visit there has been gradual improvement in range of motion and an easing of pain. Paired with OT this has been amazing.

Best 75 dollars ever spent! If you have scar tissue problems (mine was from a poorly done tummy tuck) then see this man! I’ve spent thousands of hours massaging and using tools on this scar to little effect and here Michael comes in and turns utter dysfunction into near normalcy after just one session! 10 star review?!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
