From the reviews

Dr. Lee is kind, calm, and attentive. This has been my first round of acupuncture treatments and it's made a significant difference in my pain and stress levels. I appreciate her advice and am excited to try the herbal medicine regimen she is tailoring for me. I would definitely recommend Dr.

It was my first experience with acupuncture... In the past I've tried other methods (chiropractor/sports massage). I originally had a pinched nerve in my neck and left after my first treatment with more mobility and less pain. A second visit essentially relieved all of my discomfort.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee weekly for over six months. I started seeing her because I had an undeserved yet painful tennis elbow. I had tried everything. After a couple of months, my elbow was pain free. Since then, she treats various aches but mostly helps me with stress management.

Dr. Lee is a wonderful provider. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body both inside and out. I came to Dr. Lee looking for relief of both anxiety and joint pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis and in just a few weeks, I have noticed a significant difference in how I feel.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
