From the reviews

I experienced my very first massage, and it's safe to say I had no idea what I had been missing all these years. Downtown Abby provided a wonderfully calming atmosphere. Abby’s massage therapy was exceptional, leaving me feeling rejuvenated as my stress and tension melted away. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Abby is a tremendous talent and a true gift to any community. As a high level golfer, she always gets me back on track and I would trust no one else. She clearly understands and applies the science associated with stretching therapy and pain relief without ultra-hyper, physical manipulation where more pain is caused…

Great place to pampers and get away. I have been a client for a year now. It was an EXCELLENT place. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Make you feel right at home. Abby, the owner is friendly, professional, thorough and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this SPA. ♥️♥️♥️

Abby is not a massage therapist, she’s more like a healer of sorts. If you are in back or neck pain, she can help. She made a HUGE difference in my ability to function like a normal person. She’s super sweet and caring. She makes you feel like a friend.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
