From the reviews
About 12 years ago, my husband suffered from a herniated disc that eventually ruptured. His doctor recommended surgery, but we wanted to avoid such an aggressive option, so we decided to see Dr. Lee instead. He received acupuncture, cupping, and chiropractic treatments, and since then, he has been doing very well.
I had sudden pain on the left side of my neck that wouldn’t go away, even after trying to stretch it. I chose this clinic because of its excellent Google reviews, even though I didn’t have a referral. After receiving acupuncture and cupping therapy, I felt a improvement.
Doctor Lee is truly a specialist. We have a great experience with his acupuncture treatment. Two months ago, we visited his office for my son’s plantar wart removal. For couple of years, my son has been through lots of treatment but no favorable results. And Doc.
I had severe pain in my right wrist and came to get acupuncture here. Dr. Lee is very kind and communicated his treatment nicely to me. friendly staff at day front desk too. Acupuncture is not as painful as getting vaccine shots. The whole staff speaks good English as well. Highly recommend.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
