From the reviews
Dhruti is my therapist, she is caring and highly knowledgeable for her line of work. She and all therapist do attend patient 1 on 1. They spend the entire session working with you alone, which I never experienced before with any PT group. Every session she did massage and physical treatment for my shoulder.
Divine Spine is by far and away the best!! They are unique in their treatment methodology, level of knowledge, ability to target one’s pain with the proper treatment, while at the same time providing personal attentiveness!
My husband and I have chronic back pain. I looked for a physical therapist in our area. I found Divine Spine, read the reviews and said let’s try them. Well, let me just say they are great! The most friendliest staff I ever met Our back pain has subsided tremendously.
Divine Spine physical therapy has the most caring and knowledgeable physical therapists. They are not only capable but they know how to brighten your day. Chandra and Dhruti have been working with my husband and I for the past few months and helped us so much with our ailments. They always provide service with a smile.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
