From the reviews

Grateful I was able to get a same day appointment. I felt Noah took time to listen to my concerns & address my pain accordingly. He checked in throughout the entire massage regarding pain, pressure and comfort level. I felt informed on what was happening throughout the massage.

★★★★★ — Meagan, May 2024

I’ve been seeing Noah as my massage therapist for probably six years now. I’ve used him for cupping and deep tissue massage. I recommend him to all my friends and colleagues. He listens and adjusts his technique depending on what’s going on. Highly recommended.

★★★★★ — Dan, Jun 2025

Noah’s massage studio is nice and cozy. His massage is very unique and effective. I like how he always communicates with me about what he is going to work on next. I was able to get an appointment for a much needed relief relatively quickly. Highly recommend his services.

★★★★★ — Vivian, May 2025

Look no further! Noah is awesome! His deep tissue massage is second to none! I get so tightly knotted up in my neck, shoulders and back that it becomes difficult and painful to move. One session with Noah and I left wanting to pull a Julie Andrews and burst out in song about how the hills are alive!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
