From the reviews

Hussein Jouni, the club’s personal trainer and physical therapist, is highly knowledgeable and skilled in the body. Love picking his brain. Came in with severe pain and buckling in both knees, and he was able to, with the help of corrective exercises/stretches and recovery, heal and strengthen my legs from the bottom…

I had no idea this place existed. It was so nice. Definitely more expensive than the Ford Community Center, but more amenities so that’s understandable. The only reason for the four stars and not five is the facility does not have ADA accessibility.

This club is very private and professional. I don't have to worry about anything . I have my privacy ,get my workout done, and leave. Very clean, and since the new owner took over, it's become more attractive and not as dark as it used to be. Very happy here.

I love this club and all the amenities included with the membership. They always keep the place clean. Someone in the gym area always picks up and makes sure everything is put away. Bathrooms are always mopped and cleaned. New owner is renovating this place beautifully and bringing it to life from what it was.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
