I’m a little hesitant to write this review because I don’t want her schedule to get so full that it’s impossible to get in, but Dr Nahinu is a miracle worker. I have seen many great chiros, acupuncturist, and body workers over the years because I have a lot of joint instability.
I went to see Dustin and was very satisifeid with the results. I have been getting massages for 20 years as part of my general care and in the last three years have been going specifically for a neck injury sustained from a car accident.

Dr. Pat is a life saver! I'm only 22 years old, but I've had multiple back injuries due to sports and other activities. I have seen many chiropractors from the East coast as well as California, but Camas Family Health Center is by far the best place I've even visited.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
