From the reviews
Mariah is a gift to the community, with her attention to detail and intuitive touch. I left feeling renewed and relaxed and didn’t feel bruised or sore after an hour of deep-tissue work.
I have been feeling out of synch for some time, scattered and frenetic. Charlotte is very intuitive and kind. I was so thoroughly relaxed at the end of the session and I’m so grateful for the support I felt. Thank you, Charlotte!
I've seen Charlotte a few times, and she's always been wonderful! The space is comfortable and inviting, and I always leave feeling so much better. Definitely recommend!
Good intro and welcome. Specifically inquired about my needs, treated them in a firm and comfortable way. Very professional, a good experience, to be recommended.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
