This is my first time in 70 years visiting a chiropractor. I was convinced by a friend to go. And I thought what do I have to loose as my circumstances were dire. The thought quickly became, “look what I have gained”. Most of our injuries and pain does not happen overnight but through neglect.
We’ve been going to this chiropractic office for years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. My entire family goes here adults/kids and they’ve always made us feel so cared for and welcomed. What really sets this clinic apart are the therapies they offer.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
