From the reviews

Braxton is an incredible physical therapist. He’s extremely knowledgeable and truly takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body instead of just treating symptoms. He has helped reduce my pain tremendously and allowed me to get back to living a normal life again.

★★★★★ — Demi, Feb 2026

Jordan is the real deal! He is so knowledgeable in his field and also nutrition and how it all ties together for a healthy you. He actually asks every week how you are and how you did during your week and if any new issues need to be worked on.

★★★★★ — Michele, Nov 2025

Jordan is an exceptional physical therapist! After experiencing worsening pain with four previous therapists at different locations, I had nearly lost hope. However, my doctor recommended Jordan at Cultivate Wellness, and I'm so grateful I took that advice.

★★★★★ — Jovani, Sep 2024

This is the best place for rehabilitation. I’ve had 2 shoulder replacements and by far the best rehab was with Cultivate. Jordan worked on my left shoulder and within a month I had better strength and range of motion.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
