I have had THEE best experiences with Jennifer for a few years. I suffered a back injury in the military. And, she was my massage therapist through it all. She really has some healing hands!!! I can't wait to go see her again! And to top it off, not only is she gifted, but she is just such an AMAZING person overall!

I met Jennifer while taking part in an intensive outpatient program while stationed at Ft Gordon. I can’t tell you enough how impressive she is. Not only is she a master at her trade she is also a wealth of knowledge. It was obvious that she is extremely compassionate about what she does.

★★★★★ — Shannon, Apr 2018

I have been a patient of Jen's since 2004. By far the most knowledgeable massage therapist that has ever treated me, she now aids me in the management of extreme pain resulting from cervical and lumbar surgeries post my 31-year military career.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
