From the reviews

I have had physical therapy at over four other places in Edmond and OKC. Courcier is the best by far!! The staff are all professional and very caring. The owners are usually always on site to help with any questions. I have been treated there for a variety of challenges over the last year.

Jeff gave me the most hope I have had in a long time about my knee. He was proactive, offering suggestions and techniques I had never even heard of. He’s the 3rd physical therapist I’ve been to for this issue, so I am very excited and relieved to have someone so attentive and knowledgeable helping me!

★★★★★ — Rachel, Jun 2026

I’ve been a patient at Courcier Clinic for approximately six months and have been consistently impressed by their outstanding level of care. The entire team, from the therapists to the support staff, is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly.

★★★★★ — Cathey, Feb 2026

I've gone to several PT clinics in the last few year. However Courcier is like night and day better than any I have ever been to. At most clinics it's like going to a gym where they give you a predetermined set of exercises for you to do.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
