From the reviews
My family and I have been going here for almost a year now and could not be more pleased! Dr Crane strives for cultivating and maintaining a family friendly atmosphere that is both clean and professional and it is all those things and more!
When I first found Core Health Chiropractic online, I wasn't sure how it was possible for a place to have all 5-star reviews, but after going here for the past 2 months, I completely understand. Dr. Crane is an amazing chiropractor and wonderful person who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patients.
I’ve been to a few chiropractors now and Dr. Darin is by far the most attentive, knowledgeable, caring and effective! He takes the time to really understand your injury and makes a plan for recovery. He’s not trying to sell you on unnecessary services.
I've seen several chirpractors over the last several years due to an injury and Dr. Darin is by far the best. He is superior in the way he's able to target and address only the specific area that needs attention. He also unique in providing supportive muscle work which I have not experienced before.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
