From the reviews

This is a new location that is clean and well equipped. The staff is also friendly and very knowledgeable. Due to my previous occupation I have had a number of work related injuries, with necessary physical therapy, and the treatment here seems to be among the best as compared to other companies.

Company is great to work with from the initial evaluation to your last therapy appointment. Staff are extremely user friendly and knowledgeable to your needs. It took me a little bit to get use to the virtual receptionist, but it actually felt like they were right there behind the desk.

They are all wonderful at the Raymond PT! My DPT Shane is one of the BEST! I have been with him for a while now. Was seen for balance and strengthening, need a great deal of help in that area! Due to my age and previous falls I was very nervous about increasing my exercises.

When I had an injury to my back I asked my MD to refer me to physical therapy. COPP0LA Physical is in the same building as her practice. There were open slots in just 2 days. My admission went smoothly. The space is small but sufficient. The staff is helpful. In a few short weeks I am feeling stronger.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
