From the reviews
I have received the most amazing acupuncture treatments from Heather! I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Heather for almost two years now, and I have to say no other acupuncturist has made a greater impact on my health.
I went to Heather for my first ever acupuncture session. I was a little nervous and she made me feel super comfortable. She is warm, caring, and knowledgeable— she listened attentively to ALL my problems and put together a treatment plan. I went in totally stressed and anxious and left feeling completely relaxed.
I'm seeing Heather for the last two months. She is an amazing person and she really takes the time to listen to me and understand What is going on.The concentric acupuncture office is very peaceful, clean and has a lot of natural lights. If you are looking for acupuncture treatment Heather is the BEST!!
Heather was my first Reiki experience. I truly didn't know what to expect and if I am being honest was slightly skeptical (not of Heather, but of the practice, since I had never experienced it). Heather made me feel comfortable right away - both her energy and how she set up the space to feel safe and welcoming.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
