The entire staff at Compleat Rehab in Mint Hill are knowledgeable and very good at putting me back together after surgeries and injuries. I have had to use them on three separate occasions and all three times my doctors have been surprised at how well I am doing.
All the therapist at the Compleat Rehab Mint Hill location are the best. I had a total knee replacement done first of May 2025 I started with the recommended 3 weeks in home PT from a different company that will remain nameless but by the end of the 3 weeks I still could not bend my knee and was still having to use my…
When I was referred to Compleat Rehab, Mint Hill, I was extremely happy. I was a patient there several years ago for a different matter. Chris is my primary therapist and has had me working hard to get my shoulder healthy after major surgery. I have worked with Abby, Bee, Khyati, and Kerry.
Such a great place for PT if u need it. My PTA was kind and caring. Matt was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on my treatment! I’m going back this week and look forward to seeing him. He is the best! I will always pick Compleat for my needs. Rebecca at the front desk is also a delightful asset to them.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
