From the reviews

This is my second time using them and I am going to admit that they do know how to improve my life. The minor amount of time I spend here and the home exercise i have have greatly improved my shoulder movement. I recommend that you try this place . Megan & Dallas always make me feel Good when I visit .

★★★★☆ — Ronald, Mar 2025

My name is Steven Riley, and I am using my wife’s account to offer my sincere thanks and high recommendations for Compleat Rehab and Therapy. From the first interactions at the front desk with Megan and Dallas, everybody I met at Compleat, was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

★★★★★ — Kathi, Jun 2026

Compleat Rehab at Lincolnton was very helpful in my recovery following a major shoulder surgery. All the staff from the front office to all the therapist were great, knowledgeable and professional. After 20 sessions my shoulder movement and strength is back to 97%. The remaining 3% is all up to me now.

★★★★★ — Ed, Feb 2024

I went to Complete Rehab for several months for a back issue. This has been the hands down best PT experience I've ever had! Kelly was the best there is and so kind.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
