From the reviews
I recently started going to see Cora since she came highly recommended by my best friend. She is extremely knowledgeable and does an amazing job! I love that she also incorporates stretching techniques and really takes her time to explain how to do the stretches at home! I highly recommend Cora!!
As a dentist, I previously thought that living a life of back and neck pain was something I would have to deal with the rest of my life. I’ve had dozens of deep tissue massages by many different masseuses and only had relief for a day or so. It wasn’t until I found Cora that I was finally able to get prolonged relief.
Best massage ever! Cora is a miracle worker. As a runner I get a lot of aches and pains but when I had persistent knee pain I was sure I’d injured myself. I had a session with Cora and asked her if I should try getting an alignment from a chiropractor. She told me to give her a few sessions and you know what?
Booked my very first massage with Cora. I had been dealing with consistent lower back and hip pain. Cora was AMAZING!! I had relief from my first visit. She took the time to show me some stretches and exercises I can do at home to help my situation.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
