I’ve been a client since 2022. Ruddy gives best therapeutic massage, helping me get past shoulder surgery. This isn’t a “facial and massage” experience. He knows the body and turned me on to cupping as well. Thanks Ruddy Feb 2026 update: now I’ve been to Schubert too and WoW!

I went to see Toby Cederbaum a massage therapist because I had a really bad pain in my upper back for two weeks and after one session the pain was completely relieved. Since I never had a massage before I was little nervous but she explained all the process to me. The calm and relaxing environment was just perfect.
I had a Therapeutic Massage with Mila. She was amazing. One of the best massage services I've ever had. At some point I may have had an out of body experience. She released tension in places I never knew I ever had tension. Her neck work was transformative and it even released tension in my jaw! Highly recommend Mila!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
