I finally found a chiropractor who was helpful. I've been suffering from low back pain for so long! Dr. Ryan was instrumental in alleviating much of this pain. He was one of the first Chiropractors to x-ray my back. In this short time, my back loosened and I no longer suffer.
My kids and I have been going to Club West Chiropractic for about 6+ years now. I started with prenatal adjustments and was able to have a successful vbac when my obgyn basically said it would be impossible. I 100% believe it was because of the care I received here. Amazing treatment and care!! There's a reason for Club West's high rating and reviews. The doctors and staff are very caring, the facility is in an open environment, gotta say I LOVE their choice of music, and the doctor recommendations for treatment have relieved a lot of past pain.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
