From the reviews
I came in with a re-aggravated injury causing significant back pain, and Jamey DeRigo has been treating me for the past couple of months. She’s been excellent. She listens closely to what I’m feeling, starts each session by revisiting symptoms, and uses that information to target treatment effectively.
I had an incredible appointment with Andi! She tackled my major issue with ease and great precision. I'm so impressed with her knowledge about my specific issues. I felt absolutely wonderful and noticeably improved after just one session. She values results driven results and she delivers just that.
I honestly didn’t even know where to start — Bree was absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had plenty of massages over the years, and in my opinion, she is truly the best of the best. I’ve been dealing with neck pain for over a month and a half and wasn’t sure it would ever go away.
Love their new location, it’s clean, airy and bright. This was my first sports massage and Breanna is awesome for the following reasons: (besides the fact she can see with her hands!!) 1. She’s thorough.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
