From the reviews

Had problematic areas that I thought were on one side but were actually on the other side. Referred pain compensation. Found out by ‘cupping’. A lot of my pain went away that I’ve had for months! Connie is amazing!

Kate is an amazing massage therapist. I was in need of a Lymphatic drainage massage after Lipo 360 and Kate is the BEST hands down. She is informative, gentle, approachable with a kind soul. She has this aura.about her. A great personality make you feel like you have known her forever.

★★★★★ — Nancy, Mar 2024

A friend recommended massage to me when I was having a lot of pain in my neck and back. I was very tight and inflamed and was initially reluctant about seeing anyone. After my friend described her experiences with Kate and the effects her massages have had on her own pain points, I immediately booked a session.

★★★★★ — Sara, Mar 2022

Kate was amazing! I went to her in pain, swollen, and itchy, at the end I was a new person. She was very knowledgeable, made me feel so comfortable, and even gave me great advice about lotions, foam, and tapes.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
