Jo Ann is amazing!! She listens to my needs and was able to identify places I needed massage on that I didn’t realize were so bad! It’s been 24 hours since my deep tissue massage; I feel amazing and not at all sore or bruised feeling! That’s the mark of an A+++ massage therapist in my book!!!!
Jo Ann was fantastic. Very professional with the entire process. Environment is calm and relaxing. Jo Ann kept me informed with what she was working on and how it would help after cupping. She paid attention to all of my problem areas and worked my pains out. Can not recommend her enough.
If you have not had a lymphatic drainage session with Jo, it is a must! I go for my normal monthly massage (which I also highly recommend) and wanted to give this a try. I LOVE it. I have inner ear issues, fluid, pressure etc and this treatment was a wonderful help. 5 minutes in I was already feeling the drain.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
