Why ClareMotion Physical Therapy is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “- but did not really get to the root cause of the issue. Daniels approach was different - his manual therapy skills are top notch! His fingers found the ALL my trigger points. From the reviews
I had two shoulder labrum repair surgeries in 2019 after a weightlifting injury (bilateral shoulder dislocation from olympic snatch). I did the normal rehab, but for years I have still been struggling with getting back to serious weightlifting.
Danielle and Luke are the best in the business. I have been to many different physical therapist, and none compare to the service they provide. There is no 15 minutes with the PT and the rest doing exercises with a tech in a room full of 10 other patients. It is a full hour one on one with Danielle or Luke.
I've seen Danielle over the years for various ailments (broken collar bone, neck / back pain, and gluteal strains). She is highly skilled and dedicated to her clients' well being.
I’ve been to ClareMotion Physical Therapy several times over the years, and I can’t recommend them enough. As an avid runner, it’s incredibly valuable to have a PT I trust who understands my goals and helps me recover safely so I can get back to running.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
