From the reviews

I visited the first time about 18 months or so ago. I was pregnant (VERY PREGNANT) and so uncomfortable. I cannot remember the name of the sweet woman who gave me my massage, but she was wonderful! I left feeling more refreshed than an 8 month pregnant mom of a toddler should!

This was the best deep tissue massage I have EVER had! The spa itself is intimate and beautifully decorated, it feels very calming as soon as you walk in. I believe the woman's name was Jayden/Jaden that worked on me. (I'm so sorry if I got it wrong!) Either way, she is incredible and I could not recommend her enough!!

★★★★★ — Sarah, Mar 2025

Absolutely amazing, the prenatal massage was fantastic! I was having a hard time walking with my hips expanding and I left feeling rejuvenated and minimal pain, which is a big deal after weeks of slow pain.

★★★★★ — Sarah, Jan 2025

My boyfriend booked us separate massages (he’s a talker, I’m not so separate rooms work best for us instead of a couples massage) and we both had a great experience. Jaiden was amazing! Everyone was very nice, accommodating, and professional! We will definitely be returning.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
