From the reviews
…After my first session (acupuncture + cupping), I started noticing improvements that kept getting better each day. Now after a few sessions and adding in bodywork too, I can feel a huge difference. The pain isn’t completely gone yet, but it’s the best progress I’ve had in a long time.
…We received both acupuncture and cupping, and their expertise truly stood out. We were also introduced to some herbal remedies, which I’m excited to try. The entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the process.
…We stopped in because we were both feeling sore all the time, she recommended both acupuncture and cupping therapy, which oh let me tell you, we felt so relaxed afterwards. She took the time to sit down with us, really listened to what was bothering us, and was incredibly thorough in her assessment.
Hands down best Acupuncture & cupping experience. First time here Doctor April Jiang & Nancy Lin made me feel so comfortable. I suffered from overworking myself & not enough sleep. My back had massive pain & mind was tense. 10/10 will be coming routinely!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
