From the reviews
I’m incredibly thankful for Dr. Venegas and the time he took to thoroughly explain the benefits of his chiropractic approach. As a first-time patient, he completely eased my nerves and opened my eyes to his perspective on preventive and functional health, which I truly appreciated.
Five Stars Isn’t Enough for Dr. Jesus Venegas – Shoulder Savior Extraordinaire! I came to Dr. Jesus Venegas with a shoulder that felt like it was possessed by a tiny, angry goblin. Every time I reached for a cup, a coat, or tried to show off my mediocre dance moves, I was met with pain and regret. Enter Dr.
I am so grateful that I decided to go to Dr. Venegas. I was dealing with lower back pain and glute/hip pain for YEARS that at times was debilitating. I couldn't stick to a training program or really much physical activity.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Venegas! After years of trying everything to relieve my knee pain—from chiropractors who only wanted to adjust me to physical therapists whose exercises felt too easy—I finally found the comprehensive care I was looking for.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
