Why Chiro-Works is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “most about your office was the flexibility with appointment times. I have had increased range of motion and I also feel stronger and more relaxed. My muscular strength & neck/back aches have also improved - Ryan H. The cupping is amazing…” source →

From the reviews

Tanner is an amazing chiropractor. I suggest everyone goes at least once I promise you'll return. I will be taking my mother soon for some adjusting.

★★★★★ — Janet, May 2024

My experience at Chiro-Works has been fabulous. I highly recommend both Dr. Tanner for chiropractic care, as well as Darryl for massage therapy. These guys are the nicest of humans and also very knowledgeable and caring.

★★★★★ — Shelley, Feb 2021

The doctors at Chiro-Works have helped me get out of pain and keep it that way for a few years now. I feel great after being treated and like to maintain my health by having my spine accessed every few weeks to a month. It's just as important to me as my workout routine.

★★★★★ — Kyle, Oct 2019

Great staff. I have been going to chiroworks since 2022 I am very pleased with the outcomes. The staff is amazing great to talk to. They make you feel like family and are very personable. Would recommend hands down bc they listen to your concerns.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
