After my first visit at Chiro Cleveland over a month ago, I've booked new appointments consistently every week and here's why: My back pain was greatly reduced after the first chiropractic treatment and massage combo - case in point.
I've had the privilege of several sessions with massage therapist Nicole Dancie and it has been life changing. I have struggled with thoracic scoliosis and poor posture for over 3 decades. My back, neck, and shoulders were always tight making my movements stiff and inflexible. I started seeing Nicole D.
The facility is clean and the staff is professional. Dr. Medlong is knowledgeable, experienced, and has a heart for his patients. He has helped me resolve several issues over the years-without pain medication! The massage therapists are tops. Best medical massage in the Cleveland area.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
