Chang's has become part of our family. Whenever I have a guest in town, we take them out to eat and to Chang's so they can experience the bliss that is an acupuncture session there! My mother has an advanced lung disorder and she gets treated every week at Chang's with acupuncture and cupping!

I am so happy to have found Chang’s acupuncture. Almost all of my neck pain was gone after the first visit. The doctor is incredible, always willing to focus on a new problem area if one arises. The environment is calming, welcoming, and clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
Another great location for athletes. I injured my shoulder a few months back and I’ve been seeing some phenomenal progress and results since I have been coming here. I have also noticed improvement in my knee pain and swelling. I highly recommend this place is solid.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
