From the reviews

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Change the Game Performance From the moment I walked in, I could tell this wasn’t your typical PT clinic. The team of highly educated and experienced professionals truly goes above and beyond — they’re not just treating symptoms; they’re focused on helping you move better, perform…

If you are looking for trainers and PTs who know what they are doing, look no further! My teenage daughter is a runner and had a quad tear last year. After going to multiple doctors, resting for weeks, PT and then a visit to Duke she wasn't getting any pain relief. I was starting to feel helpless as a Mom.

★★★★★ — Amanda, Oct 2025

Change the Game Performance has been a great experience. The team is extremely responsive and does a fantastic job using technology to measure strengths and weaknesses so they can pinpoint exactly where the problem is.

★★★★★ — Jesse, Mar 2026

Highly recommend the trainers — Davis, Ethan, and Grant. After rupturing my Achilles playing pickleball in February 2025, Davis guided me through recovery with incredible care and precision. Five months post-surgery, I was back playing again.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
