The massage I received from Cate today was one of the best I’ve ever had. Cate takes the time to discuss goals and problem areas then quietly addresses each issue throughout the massage. She offers a wide array of services like hot stones, cupping, dry brushing, lymphatic drainage, and CBD oil.
I just had the MOST amazing massage ever!!!! I almost fell asleep like 7 times because I was so relaxed! (I fought the sleep because each spot massaged and each additional dry brush stroke and hot towels were simply amazing and I didn’t want to miss the experience of it all!!!!
Caitie is absolutely AMAZING! I have been to her several times now to help with some neck pain and I always leave feeling so much better. She is super attentive and listens to any specific needs you may have. The place is so cute and relaxing while in a perfect location.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
