Leidys was incredible. Literally the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Im an aerial artist and deal with a lot of pain in my shoulders. Leidys knew exactly what to do! I felt like I was floating when I left! A lot of folks say “deep tissue” but it’s not really deep tissue.
Absolutely thrilled with the care I've received from Melvin! After trying many options for my chronic back, shoulder, and neck pain, Melvin has been the only one to truly make a difference. Just a few sessions in and I already feel a remarkable improvement; it’s like remembering what normal used to feel like.
Both Leidys and Melvin are amazing at what they do. I came in for a prenatal massage and was sold on their monthly membership program. I came every month (sometimes multiple times a month especially leading up to my delivery date).
The massage place has a wonderful ambiance. Casey excelled in addressing my tense areas, surpassing anyone else before. Despite I had completely mix-up my appointment date for the additional massages I bought, they rectified the situation by calling me and offering another chance to use the coupons.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
