From the reviews

Devon Penner - 14/10 The most interesting Chiropractor alive. 10/10 mustache. Stunning conversations. The best neck crack I have ever had. I have never laughed so hard with a Chiropractor and never will again. Good taste in beer. I have flown 1600km to have an appointment with Devon.

Devon is an amazing chiropractor! I have been seeing him since 2013 until he moved to Idaho. He’s always been very helpful in identifying the problems and never been one to push things such as “one leg is shorter than other” theory most chiropractors do.

Devon is a phenomenal chiropractor! I've been to other chiropractors but he is by far the best! I left with instant pain relief, full range of motion, and mental clarity. He's professional, thorough, gentle, efficient, and excellent. He's personable, makes you feel comfortable and truly cares about your well being.

★★★★★ — Lynn, Feb 2024

Devon gave my kids and I great chiropractic care over the years and I'm sad to have lost him close to home! He's caring and thorough with his treatments, and I appreciate that he's knowledgeable and kind in his approach. He's always friendly and happy to explain what he's doing and why.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
