From the reviews
Erin is by far the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She is professional and knows exactly what my muscles need. She doesn't bruise your body or do any weird chanting (HA). If you want a real massage, go to Erin at Buddha Belly, Davis CA
I am grateful to have Erin to go to for my regular deep tissue massages. She is very generous with her time and is a skilled body worker. I would recommend Erin to anyone looking for therapeutic or relaxing massages.
Erin is amazing. I’ve been coming to her for 2 years now and decided to start a membership last year. So glad I made that decision, increasing to monthly massages has done wonders for my migraines and back muscles. I love the work she does, I always leave feeling better than when I came in.
Erin is a true professional and I LOVE working with her. She is very smart and knows her stuff. She is patient, listens and personally has been so helpful to me with all my injuries and issues. I highly recommend her!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
