My wife and I recently enjoyed an exceptional couples massage at Bridges, Skin and Body, and I can’t say enough about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was serene and inviting, setting the perfect tone for relaxation.
I had the most invigorating spiritual, mental, and physical experience today!!! The ladies on staff were so informative, attentive, and passionate in the pursuit of their customer’s experience!!! Decided to start off my 30th bday with my first ever professional massage. I was a little out of my comfort zone going into it… but leaving I was all smiles and ready to tell all my friends they have to schedule a visit! I did a 30min Swedish massage with Emily this time & it was perfect for me!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
