What clients say about the cupping here
“I had a Total Shoulder replacement and after my first visit I had regained more strength and range of motion than if I had gone to 10 weeks of in patient therapy.”
“I play pickleball professionally, and the thought of rehabbing an injury like this and returning to competition at 32 years old was certainly daunting.”

From the reviews
I came to Bridge with some shoulder tightness and pain that I get from working. Over the last few months, Kyle has helped me with cupping, dry needling, and guiding me through things I can do at home to help, as well.
Kyle and his team do an incredible job. The physical therapy and cupping has helped me with back and hip pain and stiffness. The sauna and cold plunge is amazing for recovery! I love the variety of what we do and I feel amazing immediately afterward, but more importantly for days and weeks.
Some friends and I decided to train for a sprint triathlon last year with no experience in swimming, biking, or distance running. We ended up loving it and I have since continued the training.
Bridge RP was incredible throughout my 8-year-old son's recovery after he broke his knee playing soccer. We were told by his doctor that it could take 3–4 months before he returned to normal activity, but after working with Bridge RP, he regained full mobility, built significant strength, and was back to playing the…
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
