⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came in looking like I fight raccoons for a living and left looking like I own the raccoons. My nails have more structure than my life and I’ve never felt more powerful holding a coffee cup.
Just passing through whilst visiting friends. This is a very peaceful, welcoming, clean and thoughtful place to have a massage. Mine was bespoke to what I needed and I felt so much better afterwards. A favourite place of my friends who live locally. I have massages regularly for my wellbeing and this was a great one.
Hairstyling amongst many other services, hands down is the best place in town. Kristen, hairdresser is very attentive to her client's hair's needs, and will recommend appropriate services. Been seeing her a year now, and she's an excellent hairdresser, I highly recommend!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
